OUR “INVERTEBRATE” FORM OF FOREIGN POLICY

This past Thursday morning on my way into work while listening to my usual morning radio show, I happened to hear what I consider to be the perfect term that can best be used to describe the manner in which our foreign policy is presently being conducted. That term is “invertebrate.” The Barry/Hillary team's rather haphazard and embarrassingly inept method of the conducting of this nation’s foreign policy, minus anything that remotely resembles a backbone, has had the net result of making an already seriously dangerous world, even more dangerous. Hence our "invertebrate" foreign policy. Compounding Barry's obviously reckless disregard for keeping America safe, is his snubbing of friends and his rather embarrassing behavior of insisting on bowing before leaders of other countries wherever he goes. Our illustrious president insists on making nice with just about every tin horn dictator on the planet while chastising friends such as Israel and those countries in Latin America who were, at least up to and until Barry came riding into town, some of our very closest friends. In what appears to be a way for these two individuals to demonstrate their thorough dislike for our country, they seem to be hell-bent on working as hard as possible, and by going to whatever means necessary, to prove true, bin Laden's theory of America being nothing more than a paper tiger. Thus far into the Barry "Almighty" administration, it has been weakness, rather than strength, that has been the obvious hallmark of U.S. foreign policy. And it has been with a distinct purpose, and pleasure I might add, that they have gone about the presenting of this pathetic image of American weakness. From his stellar performance regarding the ongoing Iranian nuclear crisis to his reckless dithering over the war in Afghanistan, Barry has continued to demonstrate a dangerous lack of foreign policy prowess. Instead of offering up the much needed and strong American leadership to the World, the Barry White House has all too often offered up nothing more than humiliating apologies for America’s past and any number of embarrassing gaffes. We have now officially assumed the position of laughing stock thanks to, of all people, our president.
Upon closer inspection of the master plan cooked up by our Leftist president and his inept Secretary of State, it becomes readily apparent that what they are trying so hard to accomplish here is the outright neutering of America. If we take a little trip down memory lane which comprises the last 16 months, it's very easy to see that the further into the Barry administration we go the more uncertain and unpredictable things become on a worldwide basis and the more precarious things become for the Unite States specifically. Here are just a few of the typical examples that when placed together paint a rather dark picture of where it is that Barry, with Hillary's assistance, is "leading" us as a country, foreign policy-wise. First on our list is how Barry chose to surrender to Russia over a European missile defense system. By choosing to blatantly betray old as well as new U.S. allies in Eastern and Central Europe by reneging on the deal to establish third site missile defenses, Barry sent a very clear signal that he appears to be much more concerned about the appeasing of Moscow than he is in the defending of America's friends. His action symbolized all that is wrong with the present direction of American foreign policy – including Barry's willingness, almost an eagerness, to gain favor with brutal enemies while kicking some of America’s closest partners squarely in the teeth. Now I know this should come as no real surprise, Democrats have been kowtowing to Russia for decades, but you would think at some point even they would get a clue. But alas, sympathies simply run too deep. Second on our list is Barry's continued attempts at appeasing the Mullahs of Iran. It is here that Barry continues to show his true colors by giving the impression that he has no intention of stopping his appeasing of Tehran. As recently as this week he has decided to weaken sanctions that were to be put in place against Iran. The Barry strategy regarding any engagement with Iranian president Mahmoud "The Nut Job" Ahmadinejad has been nothing short of a complete and utter failure. While Barry "Almighty" has been doing his best impersonation of the European Union’s dismal Common Foreign and Security policy and sending polite little video messages, the Mullahs and their underlings have been very busy advancing their nuclear weapons program completely unabated, enriching uranium at an increasingly rapid pace, supplying arms to the Taliban which are then in turn used to kill American soldiers, test-firing long-range missiles, threatening the annihilation of Israel on pretty much of a daily basis, and killing pro-democracy protestors with no fear of any retribution whatsoever. I think it a very fair question to ask of our "Supreme Leader" if there might be some hidden "religious" reasons behind his rather lackluster attempts to curb the bad behavior emanating from Iran. Our third stop has us at the point where Barry arrived at the decision to arbitrarily and unilaterally end the "War on Terror." Not only did Barry "Almighty" order the closure of Guantanamo Bay within hours of his becoming our "Supreme Leader", but he also embarked upon a mission to bring the entire “War on Terror” to a screeching halt. I guess he figured by renaming it and now calling it an “Overseas Contingency Operation” and scaling things back, he could make it appear a bit more palatable and much less aggressive to his new found friends in the Middle East. You know the ones, those Hamas and Hezbollah fellas to whom he provided some $900 billion of taxpayer money. After all we can't just continue to go around being our typical belligerent selves, now can we. However, nearly a year later, the threat from al-Qaeda remains just as great, if not more so, and Barry still refuses to describe the continuing battle in terms of a "global war", and strenuously refuses to even identify the enemy as being what they are – Islamist terrorists, and he forbids anyone else in his administration from doing so as well. At the same time, he has given the enemy a huge propaganda victory by endlessly castigating the Bush administration for supposedly 'torturing' terrorist suspects, and apologizing for the counter-terror strategy of the previous US government. Way to go there, Barry, you piece of dog squeeze! Coming in at number four on our list is Barry's rather confusing strategy of announcing a surge in Afghanistan while at the same time declaring an exit. I guess he's been talking to John Kerry Heinz, who spent a very brief time in Vietnam who votes for things before he votes against them. Go figure. Anyway, I have to admit, this one never made any sense to me either. For three months Barry "Almighty" our highly skilled and very proficient Commander-in-Chief, dithered over whether to deploy more forces to Afghanistan. The whole pathetic scenario was highly damaging to the United States' reputation as being a trusted ally, and sowed considerable uncertainty within the NATO Alliance. When he finally got around to making the announcement in December that he would finally be sending an additional 30,000 troops to the battlefield, while it was a huge step in the right direction, his decision was immediately undercut by his simultaneous announcement of an exit timetable, starting in 18 months. So what Barry the Commander-in-Chief was essentially doing was taking one step forward while at the same time taking two steps back. Now suppose just for a minute if Churchill or Roosevelt had declared in the middle of the World War II that they would fight the Nazis only for another year and a half, and then start withdrawing their forces on the grounds that the war was simply becoming much too costing too continue. Get the picture? At number five on our little hit parade is Barry's going to Strasbourg, France, to “apologize” for America's arrogance. You know, this one really kind of stuck in my craw. Because if it wasn't for America these whiney little French bast*rds would all be speaking German today. That Barry would even consider going to Strasbourg to give a speech that will have to go down in history as being one of the most embarrassing moments ever committed by a US president while on foreign soil is nothing if not a very typical example Democrat patriotism. Here we have the president of the most powerful nation on Earth, at least for now, traveling to France of all places to deliver a groveling, massive mea culpa for US foreign policy, including the “War on Terror.” So here we have our president cheerfully committing an act of complete and utter humiliation against America while on European soil and in front of a largely French and German audience who bitterly opposed the liberation of Iraq. And for what, to get some cheap applause? What a guy. It was something that not even that well known "America Hater", Jacques Chirac could have dreamt it up on his best day. Number six brings us a little closer to home where we have Barry enthusiastically taking the side of the Marxists in Honduras. If Barry has been consistent in anything since assuming his high office, it has been in his nasty little habit of currying favor from America’s enemies while kicking its friends straight in the gonads, repeatedly. Being true to form and showing that it's not only our Constitution that he holds in very low regard, Barry, as well as Hillary's State Department, rushed in to strongly condemn the "Constitutional" removal of a left-wing, America-hating, Hugo-Chavez-backed despot, Manuel Zelaya from power in Honduras. As well these two anti-American zealots also condemned his temporary replacement with a pro-American and Speaker of the House, Robert Micheletti. Such pathetic behavior should make just about anyone ask how it is that enough people thought that was such a good idea to elect a man who so hates this country, as our president. I just don't get it, what the heck ever happened to the good old days, you know, when the United States actually fought against the Marxist tyrants in Latin America and actively supported the anti-Communists? I feel like I'm stuck in the damn twilight zone or something! Now at number seven we have Barry's continuing and rather degrading little habit of bowing to emperors, dictators and kings on center stage and before the entire World. I just don't get this strange need of Barry’s, to bow before every dictator, emperor and supposed king that he comes across. I mean the best that I can recollect he is not a subject of Imperial Japan. Now I could be wrong on that, after all there are those persistent little questions regarding a birth certificate. But in any case, when Barry met with emperor of Japan during a trip back in November, his bow before Emperor Akihito made for rather a strange scene that could have come straight out of the 1930s. Quite honestly, a simple handshake with the descendent of Emperor Hirohito would have more than sufficed and quite well, but not for Barry, nope, no way. Perhaps in an effort to show the World his sophistication or some kinky willingness to be subservient, Barry opted for a full-blown, no holds barred bow when the two met in Tokyo. Ya know, it's one thing to pay your respect to a monarch, but quite another for an American president to prostrate himself and his nation before any foreign leader. It's something that is just not done, at least up to this point. In this way Barry is breaking new ground. And because of this pathetic behavior on the part of our "Beloved Leader", eyebrows were raised not only here in America but at all points across the globe. And this little episode was far from being any kind of an isolated incident because Barry did exactly the same when he met with, of all people, King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia at the G-20 in April and then again when meeting the leader of Communist China not all that long ago. Go figure! And rounding out our list at number eight has us ending up pretty much right back where we began with yet another surrender by Barry to the Russian bear, this time by way of his new "Start" treaty. And with this one Barry really outdid himself. The biggest problem with this new treaty and I guess something that Barry and his team either overlooked or ignored, is the fact regarding just how lopsided the whole thing is in Russia's favor. What should have been obvious even to Barry, if we are to believe his actual intent here, is that the goals of this "treaty" would have taken place regardless, treaty or no treaty. Because of its current financial constraints and numerous outdated nuclear systems, Russia’s nuclear arsenal was already going down, especially its aging launchers and delivery systems. And the real kicker here is that Russia would very likely have been forced to make reductions contained in this treaty whether or not the U.S. reduced its weapons. Now, because of Barry's willingness, or eagerness, to throw us under the bus if this treaty is in fact ratified, we will have essentially screwed ourselves by locking this country into reductions that cannot be changed in the future. If there ever becomes the need to increase our nuclear arsenal because, oh let’s say maybe because Communist China or some other rogue country is threatening us, we would be unable to do so without putting ourselves in violation of international law. Boy, I bet Putin is still laughing over this one. And what's even worse, is that this treaty will give better protection to Russians that to Americans. So can somebody, anybody please tell me which team it is that Barry is really on here? Because once this thing is fully in force the U.S. will have to cut 151 of our delivery vehicles and launchers while Russia gets to add 134 and still be under the limit of 700. What the hell is wrong with this picture? Does this kind of math make sense to anybody? Because by my count the only one that's doing any disarming is, yup you guessed it...us! And on top of all this idiocy and to make matters even worse for us is the fact the treaty contains specific language that Russia says that it intends to use in order to limit our missile defenses. Another good deal brought to you by "THE ONE, THE ONLY", Barry "Almighty." And this little jewel of a treaty does absolutely nothing in the way of limiting Russia's existing, and rather huge I might add, arsenal of tactical nuclear weapons. Man you gotta give Barry credit, he sure is great negotiator. With him, the hits just keep on comin.
So, today we Americans now find ourselves essentially being bent over, hands on our knees, with our pants down around our ankles, and yelling, "Yes sir, may I have another. PLEASE?" And it is all courtesy of our "Beloved Leader" and that liar extraordinaire, Barry “Almighty.” "Hope and change" will make for a very nice epitaph on our headstone, don't you think? That this guy is actually our president becomes just a little more frightening with each passing day. I cannot help but question the intelligence of every single person who voted for him. I suppose I could ask just what the hell was it that they were all thinking at the time, but I'm pretty sure that we all know the answer to that little question even before we ask it. I have to wonder though, is there enough sanity remaining in the American people that will enable them to at least try to stop this train wreck come November? If so, I'm just not all that sure I'm seein it. I have never been as fearful about the survival of my country than I find myself being these days. It has gotten to the point where I even have difficulty sleeping out of fear of what kind of country I'll be leaving to my daughter. You would think that there would be at least some Democrats out there saying, "Whoa wait a minute, this sh*t just don't seem quite kosher." But nobody is! And I mean NO BODY!! They all seem to be doing nothing more than slapping each other on the back while adding even more grease to the rails in order to speed up the whole screwy, and potentially deadly, fiasco just a little bit more. In fact now they’re even trying to pull off some kind of weird shenanigan in trying to make Puerto Rico a state in order to garner more votes. I still don’t know how they plan to pull it off, but I don’t doubt for a second that if there is a way they can do it because I doubt our spineless Republicans will do much to stop it. And if they refuse to grow the necessary backbone, then all is lost because Democrats hate this country and they are working feverishly to undermine it and to accelerate our demise as a great nation. They need to be stopped and we need to get those individuals elected who can get our country back onto the tracks and who will listen to us.

LET'S NOT GET TOO OVERCONFIDENT ABOUT NOVEMBER…SHALL WE

The enthusiasm continues to gain in intensity regarding the November tsunami that it is said will be sweeping the Republicans into the majority in one and possibly even both Houses of Congress. And with that potential majority there are also high hopes that with it will come the fiscal sanity that has been missing for some time as well as some much needed adult supervision that will hopefully stop the madness. Let me say though, that at the present time, my confidence level in any scenario involving such a monumental political shift does not yet permit me to be able to consider this eventuality as being anywhere near a done deal. Now lest I be accused of throwing some cold water on anybody's little political fantasy here, or of being called the proverbial wet blanket, I am rooting for just such an event as much as the next guy, but I do have my reservations. Especially when we have a RNC that appears to be somewhat in disarray and led my a man, the abilities of whom many are now calling into question, and yet who many are fearful of trying to remove because he happens to be black. Just what the heck is it with blacks that they can never be removed from any office without it having to do with their race and never with their ability or lack thereof. Now is not the time to be creating doubt amongst those who may be willing to cough up the much-needed sums of money in the name of the cause, because the other side has much better access to those who possess vast sums of wealth than does our side. Everybody knows that there is much more money behind the Democrats than behind the conservatives, it's simply a fact of life. I’m sure there are very few out there who haven’t heard of Democrat sugar-daddy, George Soros, and he’s just one of many. Therefore we cannot afford to risk behaving in such a manner that may force our sources of cash to dry up. Having said that, I may sound a little hypocritical when I say that I have pretty much stopped sending any money to the RNC, choosing instead to send it to the individual candidates whom I deem as being worthy of my rather limited, yet very hard earned, resources. But the RNC does serve a purpose and it needs to be able to be focused on the upcoming election without wasting time having to deal with stupid distractions. Now if the individual who is the cause of these distractions truly had the needs of the country, and his party, above his own petty needs, he would step aside and assist where he could to ensure that we as a party are successful in our efforts this fall. We need to be able to put ourselves into the position where we can win elections so that we can then go about the business of trying to put a stop to all the socially toxic and economically corrosive policies that are presently emanating from our nation's Capital. But the RNC is not the only area that causes me any concern. Another little item creating more than a little frustration is what I see as being the misplaced priorities and rather lackluster support for conservative candidates coming from the NRSC. Those in charge seem to be more than a little reluctant to go in search of or to offer up support to talented conservative candidates or would-be candidates. There are times I find myself asking if the Republicans even want to win in November. Because honestly, sometimes I do wonder! The prime example here, and I have spoke about this before, is how these folks were so eager to throw their support behind Charlie Crist, the same guy who is now very cheerfully stabbing them in the back. To show his gratitude he will soon be filing as an Independent out of his pathetic desperation to get elected to the Senate. Had they waited to see how things would play out between Crist and Marco Rubio we may not have come to find ourselves in the position of possibly having the vote split and potentially allowing another Democrat to simply waltz into the Senate. This is exactly the kind of stupid behavior that we don't need!
What we all need to be very mindful of, however, is that our efforts must not be focused primarily on the removal from office of as many Democrats as possible. We must also perform a laser-like surgical approach regarding the removal of those Republicans who insist upon going against those of us who see as being crucial, the advancing of the conservative agenda. Those who insist in continuing to choose to go their own way while ignoring the will of those who elected them can not, and must not, be allowed to remain in office if the opportunity presents itself to remove them. Any folks in search of finding the best Congressional representation for themselves must subject prospective candidates, even incumbents, to the ordeal of going through a rigorous primary process. The purpose of such a process is to assist the voters in identifying the most viable, yet the most conservative, candidate available. A perfect example of this process is currently taking place in Arizona where it would be great if J.D. Hayworth could knock off that self-proclaimed "Maverick," John McCain. Here we have an obviously more conservative individual in Hayworth seeking to defeat an entrenched "RINO" incumbent in McCain who is essentially a conservative in name only and who has managed to serve for far too long. And wasn’t it McCain who in the past has made noise about switching political party’s and who, very recently, was rather strenuously pushing a "comprehensive" immigration plan that was essentially nothing more than…Amnesty? I only wish that that bonehead Lindsey Graham was up for reelection this year, but sadly we're stuck with his sorry "RINO" butt until at 2014. And then of course there are the two bimbos from Maine, Snowe and Collins. Snowe who we cannot work to get rid of until 2012 and Collins who we're saddled with until 2014. We don't need these “Mavericks” or "RINOs" in our midst, what we are in desperate need of is good, solid and reliable conservatives and some solid conservative leadership in the Senate. Those like McCain, Graham and the "Babes from Maine" do us nearly as much harm, maybe more in some cases, than do the Reids, Schumers, Durbins, Dodds and the rest of the corrupt Democrat scumbags. With Barry "Almighty" at the helm, our country is literally hanging by a very thin thread. We are tossing on a very stormy sea of uncertainty and we are very badly in need of a strong conservative anchor that will prevent us from drifting any farther to the left than we already have. We had control of both Houses of Congress not all that long ago and unfortunately we squandered the opportunity that it afforded us. The big questions is, are those seeking election and re-election under the Republican banner this year doing so because they genuinely wish to work at curbing this out of control spending and to pull back our expanding government, or only because they see it only as their golden opportunity. We must be very wary of those individuals who may have a tendency, that once they have secured victory, to revert to the old ways with we the people essentially once more being kicked to the curb. The electing of blatant opportunists will get us, and our agenda, no further ahead than we would have been had we simply elected more Democrats. We cannot afford to allow ourselves to be conned. Also, there is a potential hazard that lies in wait, it is the feeling of some that we should just rid ourselves of the Republican Party altogether and get behind some third party movement. This whole idea makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and would only guarantee an electoral cake walk for Democrats as far into the future as the eye can see and would give Barry a virtual lock on doing whatever it is that he wishes to do. It would be the final nail in the coffin of our Republic.
I'm really getting tired of hearing about all the many polls out there which have either been conducted or are being conducted, that continue to paint the very rosy picture for Republicans in the fall, because how can we judge their accuracy or their reliability. Polls can be made to show whatever it is that the creator or designer of the poll wishes them to. I never know if I'm being scammed into believing something that maybe I shouldn't, so I ignore them all. And I get more than a little nervous when I hear any number of those on Talk Radio making the claim about how it is that the Democrats are going to get creamed this fall. We just don't know that yet, all we have to go by are some polls that quite honestly I never trust. So, I worry that we're all maybe getting just a bit overconfident regarding our chances. It's never over until it's over, and the only poll that matters is the one that's conducted on Election Day. I see many getting their hopes up, with everyone in good spirits in thinking that after the dust settles from this election we'll be in a much better position to stymie much of Barry's radicalism. And I hope it all comes about that way, I truly do. But, there is still remains that great unknown sitting out there, the one that consists of the rather questionable and somewhat dubious intelligence of a great many Americans. And one way or the other it is going to have to be dealt with between now and the election. The Democrats are already out in the public forum taking full advantage of every opportunity provided to them by their friends in the state run media to go about giving the old hard sell on everything from immigration reform (amnesty), to the current move by Barry to assume full control of Wall Street. Barry himself is out there on "You Tube" fanning the flames of racial hatred and working hard to create as much divisiveness as possible as he works to get his base worked up into a lather in time for the next election. He needs to stoke the fires of hate because it's all that he has. As he continues his march ever leftward he needs those who comprise the less intelligent because of the ease with which he can convince them of both his and the government's abilities. It never quite ceases to amaze me that here we now have a president who has never run a car company, never been a Doctor and never been a banker and yet there are people content with the fact that he now runs two car companies, is in charge of how Americans can go about getting their healthcare, is in charge of who gets student loans for college and now wants to be completely in charge of running the nation's banking industry. And as always, our very squishy Republican Party is none too willing to put up any sort of a real fight out of fear of jeopardizing potential gains in the coming election. We cannot afford not to put up the same sort of fight against this completely bogus financial "reform" as we did against the even more bogus healthcare "reform." Even though we lost that battle we cannot afford to surrender the entire war. There must be no talk of compromise on an issue that will result in doing even more damage to our once strong Republic than has already been done. Republicans must erect every speed bump and every roadblock possible in slowing down the massive power grab that is currently under way by Barry "Almighty." His constant and outrageous lies must be countered with well articulated facts that clearly lay bare what it is that he and his band of degenerates are working so hard to accomplish. The truth must be made to win out! We do have the truth on our side and it will prove to be our most potent weapon in our fight against that which is obvious Democrat corruption and hypocrisy. Our country as we presently find it is at the mercy of a party of dishonest, unethical, manipulative and power hungry political hacks whose sole purpose is to create a government system that empowers those in government to control every aspect of the people's existence. It is their mission to fundamentally alter the very concept on which our country is based, moving away from a government of the people, by the people and for the people and instead moving very rapidly toward one of government over the people. We must not allow them to succeed in that endeavor.

DEMOCRATS NOT WEAK ON NATIONAL DEFENSE, THEY SIMPLY SEE NO NEED

It has been the general perception for what seems like forever, that the Democrat Party, as a general rule, is to be considered as being "weak" on national defense. Many just chalk it up to the party being made up of inherently pacifist individuals or the historical Democrat tendency toward a policy of appeasement. But personally, I think their position goes way beyond the point of simply being "weak" and for entirely different reasons than those stated earlier. It is well known that the Democrat Party as a whole, essentially possesses one guiding principle, that being, "who or what can we use to make things better for ourselves." And it calls for everything and anybody in route toward their goal to be considered as fair game if it can be used to successfully create any opportunities to further achieve their desired result of self-aggrandizement. While Democrats, to their very core, can be considered as being traitors to their country, it's difficult to label them as such because they simply don’t see America as being their country, to them it's nothing more than merely a place of residence. They're completely indifferent to the whole notion of the government being responsible for providing for the common defense of the country against "all enemies foreign or domestic." And of course, when it comes to those domestic enemies, if they happen to currently reside fulltime in the Democrat Party, e.g., Bill Ayers, there is simply no need to concern themselves regarding the need for any sort of National Defense. Democrats see the fact that they live in America as a means to their end, their personal end, and really nothing more than that. Therefore they seek out ways to weaken it, to damage it and to undermine it at every single opportunity that presents itself, because in so doing, they can then create situations which will result in themselves being made stronger. Some have said, even I have said, that Democrats hate America. But on reexamination of that statement, I don’t really think they hate America, it's more like they don’t have any feeling toward it one way or the other. They just don’t care because they view it as something to be used in a way they will enable them to acquire more power or more money or an advantage of some kind over their fellow countrymen. There is not now, nor has there ever been, any sense of patriotism, really, that has as its home the Democrat Party. When it comes to the survival of the country, the Democrat opinion regarding the necessity to provide the required resources to protect the country is one of total indifference. So, more often than not they tend to side with those who wish to make us much more vulnerable to attack from any number of current and potential enemies. They see a vulnerable America as something that is beneficial to them. That's one reason they feel no sense of urgency whatsoever regarding the murdering Muslim extremists who wish to wipe us out. Democrats view these radicals as being kindred spirits of sorts, brothers in arms trying to accomplish the same ends as they, only through slightly different means, albeit more violent to a certain degree. So because these two factions have what is essentially the same goal, as far as the Democrat Party is concerned, no harm no foul. Hence we've gone from fighting a "War on Terror" to being engaged in an "Overseas Contingency Operation", and we're no longer even permitted to speak of Islamic terrorists. And also, because of their general perception regarding the National Defense of our country, you'll find very few Democrats serving in the military unless, of course, they view it as a way to get a free, or low cost, education. Again, they see it only for what they think they can get from it, not out of any burning desire to defend America or of any feeling of pride in having served ones country. The character make up of your typical Democrat has them completely devoid of any sense of pride in ones country or need to show any degree of patriotism towards it. It just does not exist within them. But, if you ever want to get a Democrat angry, just tell him/her that about themselves. They get almost too angry, which tells me, I must be pretty darn close to the truth.
Democrats can always find a better use of their time than working to ensure the security of our country. In their continuing efforts to focus their attention away from anything that even remotely resembles our National Security, the Democrat Party always looks toward way to solidify the various segments of their political base. When it comes to the various minority groups that make up their voting base, they always enlist certain "respected leaders" of the various minority communities to assist in maintaining the required support that comes from the various communities. The classic example of these "respected leaders" would be "race hucksters" as exhibited by the likes of Al "Bullhorn" Sharpton and Jesse "The Blackmailer" Jackson. These two would be "preachers" have been all too eager in the perpetrating of a most insidious scam involving millions of unsuspecting individuals in their own community. This dynamic duo of hypocrisy has chosen to willingly sacrifice the welfare of their own people on the alter of the Democrat Party for the sole purpose of receiving a little notoriety and more than a few coins. These two charlatans are not only traitors to the ideals of their country but to all those who make up the black community as well. They are guilty of committing a grave disservice by having convinced these people that it continues to be in their best interest to blindly support those candidates who represent the Democrat Party. That it is the Democrat Party which has their back and that will be there to provide for them and to "insure" that they are treated fairly. What these people are not told is that they serve no other reason than to insure that guys like Sharpton and Jackson remain in the good graces of those who hold power in the Democrat Party. They are to be there standing at the ready, ready to jump into action and to be used by the party as a voting block whenever needed. The very sad fact of the matter is that all of these people are nothing more than victims of one of the most well orchestrated con jobs in history. They have essentially been brainwashed into believing that were it not for the dedicated members of the Democrat Party they would still be living in a country where there existed rampant segregation. The Democrat Party has been very successful in its efforts, with the assistance of men like Jackson and Sharpton, to inflict potentially irreparable damage on the entire black community in what results in nothing more than permanent enslavement to the Democrat Party and to government. The resulting damage from numerous Democrat initiated policies, if allowed to continue, may very well prove to be irreversible for an entire segment of our population. In what amounts to the ultimate in sinister plots conceived and instigated by then Democrat president LBJ, for the price of a few billion dollars all in the name of "The Great Society", the collective soul of the black community was purchased lock, stock and barrel by the Democrat Party. And ever since that fateful day, the Democrats and their allies in the black community have been working to keep the propaganda flowing that the only hope for "prosperity" that blacks in America have, is to remain faithful to Democrat candidates.
Always seen by the Democrat Party as being the preferred items on which to spend an increasing amount of taxpayer money, are those pesky, and costly, entitlement programs. Seen as an extremely effective method for purchasing votes, these rapidly expanding entitlement programs are seen as being a much more responsible form of spending especially when compared to any amount of money that might be spent on National Defense. Money spent National Security issues is always considered by Democrats to be a gross waste of funds. So to this end, the Democrat Party, together with its many allies in the party run news media, works to convince as many individuals as possible that it is in their best interest to firmly attach themselves onto the bottomless government teat. Acting in concert, these partners in crime work toward the constant expanding of a highly destructive entitlement mentality that has now been ingrained into an ever-increasing number of Americans. These entities have been very successful in creating a nearly slavish reliance on the federal government for both subsistence and shelter. So well in fact, that we have now arrived at a rather unique place in our history, in that nearly 50 percent of all households in this country pay no federal income taxes. So essentially they are living scot-free while the rest of us are forced to cough up an ever-higher amount of our hard earned money to cover their expenses. Again, this is nothing more than just one more attempt by the Democrat Party to solidify and to grow their existing political base. It is a fact that 86 percent of all income taxes are now paid by the top 25 percent of all wage earners. Now I am of the opinion that every single citizen ought to pay something in the form of income taxes because we are all the recipients of certain services that only the government is capable of providing and no one deserves a free ride. But let's be real, when looking at the typical American citizen of today, if it comes down to one candidate running for office telling you that you will never be asked to pay income taxes and another candidate saying that he thinks it only fair that you pay something, which candidate will end up getting elected. That is the type of country that we live in today, courtesy of the Democrat Party. Again it has nothing to do with the general welfare of the population, it all about Democrats being able to maneuver themselves into a position, through essentially the purchasing of votes, that will allow them to continue to win elections. It is the height of corruption and a blatant disregard for the taking of measures that will strengthen and not weaken this country. Because as I stated earlier, taking measures necessary to increase the security for our nation is not a priority of the Democrat Party. They see no real need to so because it is not as important to them as is the creating ways that will make it impossible for them to lose any future election. Their focus is in expanding the welfare state while at the same time leaving us extremely vulnerable to a growing list of enemies.

HELL YES I'M ANGRY, MY COUNTRY IS GETTING TRASHED!

Ya know, I'm really getting tired of being accused of being something that I am not! And yes I am angry about being forced to watch what's being done to my country. And I'm really ticked off about morons accusing me of being essentially the same caliber of individual as those raving lunatics that inhabit the Left. It is all getting more than a just little aggravating. These mental midgets, or is it more politically correct to say little people, are getting just so desperate they will do or say anything to drag the rest of us down to their level in the gutter. The endless noise coming from so many on the Left, is a noise comprised of the many screeching voices coming from some the most pathetic individuals on the entire planet. Individuals who are working tirelessly to accuse conservatives as being the haters that they themselves are. It's these individuals who love to rant and rave about how it is that those of us on the Right are all a bunch of anti-government conspiracy theorists. And they love to make the claim that what we really want to totally do away with all government, and that we pose the gravest of threats to the stability of our country. If you spend any amount of time listening to these losers, we here on the Right are all supposed to be nothing more than a bunch of rabid racists making a fuss for no other reason than because our current president happens to be black. They refuse to see that our only problem with him has nothing to do with the fact that he is black, I could care less. Instead, they prefer to attempt to demonize us through character assassination and the false accusations of being guilty of their personal favorite epithet, Racism. Our problem, which I would think should be their problem as well, with him has everything to do with the fact that he's a devout Socialist, and the fact that he is literally stealing our liberty and our freedoms right out from under us! And because we're being ignored, we are now going about the making of a little noise. Constitutional noise, by the way. What makes these clowns appear all the more pathetic is the fact that what they are attempting to put forth as fact is that we are simply opposed to any government in any form. And while that may make for a nice twisted little fantasy, nothing could be further from the truth. Because, unfortunately for them, the real truth is very much a different story from the one that the Democrats would like for everyone to believe, in that Conservatives are in favor of government, but one that is a bit more in line with the Constitution. So as much as they would like to claim otherwise, the truth of the matter is that if it is anybody who consistently distorts the truth and resorts to the acting out of their anger or hatred, it is those on the Left. It is a fact that the major contributing source for all this seething anger, and to a degree hatred, that they claim is so rampant in American politics today, has as its origin those residing as fulltime members on the political Left. So I find it more than just a little ironic that it's these very same cowardly individuals who expend so much time and effort in their attempts to cast those of us the Right as being the ones who espouse so much of the anger that seems to be infecting the public forum today. Conservatives are accused of possessing some sinister motive by everyone, from such stellar Democrats as "BJ" Clinton and Jimmy "Peanut Brain" Carter to any number of those involved in the state run media and from the current batch Liberal politicians. And then of course, there's always Dr. Howard "Dr. Fine, Dr. Howard" Dean. An ongoing example of their rather "limited" mentality is evident in the vitriolic tirades that they continue to hurl at the Tea Party folks for no other reason than because of what the Tea Partiers see as being done to their country and voicing their concerns about it. It's the behavior of the Left that should be seen as being un-American. The hatred and anger that continues to ooze from nearly every orifice of these supposed "adults" on the Left consisting of corrupt politicians, wacko Leftwing bloggers, stupid late night comics and supposed mainstream "journalists" is nothing short of mind-boggling. It would in fact be laughable if it didn't represent such a very high level of treachery. The overwhelming sense of superiority that is possessed by these people apparently gives them, what they see as, license to dictate to the rest of us exactly how it is that we should be allowed to go about the expressing of our displeasure with the way our government is being run. For some reason, it would seem, they feel that they are not only allowed, but are actually entitled to, have free rein to say absolutely anything they wish about anybody who dares to disagree with them or their point of view. With their choosing to resort to the equivalent of such juvenile, school yard bully tactics as name calling, and such, it becomes very obvious who the belligerent individuals truly are. If you listen to them, we conservatives should never even be allowed to criticize, even in the most general of terms, any Liberal politician or policy, least of all our current "Socialist" president. Because, according to them, our views are so far “out of the mainstream” as to make them totally ridiculous and not even worthy of discussion. Barry himself is of the opinion that anyone who dares disagree with him should face any and all form of harassment. He has even enthusiastically encouraged his dedicated "disciples" to go out and to "get in the face" of any of those who have the nerve to disagree with him, or them. Also he has said, "If they want a fight we’ll give ‘em one. And if they bring a knife, we'll bring a gun." Not the typical sounding rhetoric one normally expects to hear from a president, since we can normally expect our president to have just a bit more “class.” In all honesty, this guy, our president, is nothing more than a common hoodlum, a low rent street thug, as are a majority of his pathetic supporters. So on top of everything else, we're just supposed to allow ourselves to be intimidated into just standing idly by as he and his corrupt cohorts set about the destroying of our country. If you ask me, we Conservatives have been standing idly by for far too long and the time has finally come to try to put a stop to all this costly and idiotic Progressive nonsense, if it's not too late. Which it may very well be. It has now gotten to the point that whenever you hear any Democrat speak about anything, you can literally hear the anger and hatred in their voice. They see anyone who disagrees with them as standing in their way as they work to increase the power of government. They view any American who may honestly disagree with them as being their mortal enemy and as someone who must destroyed no matter what the cost. We Conservatives are called Nazis, Domestic Terrorists, Racists, Homophobes, you name it, and we are called it. The very real fact is that those who are much more likely to fit into any of these categories are the very same Liberals who are so busy accusing others. These people hate America and they hate everyone who has the guts to disagree with them. In a country where the majority of the people identify themselves as being, at the least to some degree, right of center, how is it then that we find ourselves having the feeling that we are encircled by those who it would appear make up a smaller portion of the population? The answer is because it's all an illusion created by a leftist state controlled media which is permanently slanted to the Left and that is still able to dictate to a significant portion of our population their biased "news" coverage.
The level of partisanship that we are witness to today and is being blamed on Republicans is what happens when Democrats choose to employ their specific tactic of choice, the steamrolling of the American people to advance their "progressive" agenda . It's clearly a tactic that very clearly reveals a severe lack of any character as well as the absence of any core values whatsoever. Character traits such as honesty, integrity, trustworthiness or even patriotism are something you will only very rarely, if ever, find on the Democrat side of the aisle because the possessing of such traits is perceived as a way defining weakness. And above all else the sole goal and priority number one to be accomplished by typical Liberal cutthroat tactics is to succeed in the intimidation of ones opponents. The use of typical bullying tactics are what Democrats see as being the primary, and most effective, tool available for moving their agenda forward. An agenda, which by the way, that has nothing to do with improving the lives of the American people or the country as a whole, only for increasing their power. And the only way to combat this warped and severely twisted mentality is to forcefully respond, not necessarily by resorting to the same childish tactics as name calling, but by pointing out the fact that it is not in the Republican Party that racists or domestic terrorists find a home. The point must be made that it is as members of the Democrat Party that these people find themselves being excepted with open arms and are able to call the party, home. The very toxic nature of the methods utilized by these people is extremely detrimental to not only the country but to the wellbeing of every single citizen as well. Those on the Left form a rather bizarre "Allegiance of the mentally deranged and the politically corrupt", of sorts, which is dedicated to the undermining of the very fabric of this country. The end result that they are continually hoping for as being the natural culmination of their efforts is the creating of a scenario which brings about a environment conducive to their ascending to permanent power and what amounts to as nothing more than mob rule. They are working ever so diligently toward, and in many ways have already been quite successful, in turning our society completely on its head. One dire consequence of their twisted and rather malignant philosophy that has already occurred is the diminishing of the importance of the family, particularly the Black family, which has brought about an overall net result in 41 percent of all births now being out of wedlock. In the Black community it is over 70 percent. The whole idea behind this little ploy is to have government slowly, or not so slowly, replace the family as the place where one learns the values and morals which enable one to become a productive and fully functioning member of society. A statistic that proves that because of an extremely high level of ignorance that exists in the American people, Democrats are meeting with a certain degree of success in their effort to further expand the Welfare State and thus increase their ability to maintain their grip on power. Republicans must grow a spine of sufficient strength and tensile in order to put a stop to this very unseemly and highly corrosive behavior and if the ones that we currently have in Congress refuse to do so, well then, I guess we need to go in search of a new batch. Because the level of ignorance that we have now gotten to in this country does not bode well for us having the necessary time left to get things headed back in the Right direction. And if you have any doubts about where that level of ignorance is right now in America today, just tune in to Sean Hannity's radio show some time when he's doing his "man on the street" segment. It is truly frightening to see, hear actually, just how many morons are out there wandering around on the street of America. And many of them are younger, so they represent the future of our country. And I'll tell you something else, all these African-Americans who call into Talk Radio to sound off are really doing themselves very few favors. Because when they call up they seem to have no intelligent argument and come across as sounding ignorant and uneducated. They are the ones who sound racist because all they ever say is that we aren’t giving Barry a chance because he's black. I'm sorry folks, but as president, White, Black or even Green, he SUCKS, he SUCKS REALLY BAD! The potential end result of having had this man president for 4 years, God forbid we should be saddled with him even longer, will have the face of this country quite possibly forever altered. Any attempt to return it to the path as laid out by the Founders will be totally dependent on the will of the people. It is that will that the Democrats are working to penetrate and to potentially crack, so that people can then be more easily convinced that the form of government as outlined in our Constitution has now run its course and in today's World is simply no longer viable. Because too much is left up to the private citizen and not enough to the government a fundamental change is now required because the private citizen can longer be trusted to ensure, or to guarantee, the degree of fairness now being dictated by those in power. Therefore, government now has the right to step in and assume control so that a more fair and equitable system can then be put into place. So, will citizens see this venture as being detrimental to their freedoms or as an overall enhancement to they're being able to live a better life so therefore worth the price of them losing their freedom? I guess we will be finding out, more likely sooner rather than later.

THE UNCERTAINTIES THAT LAY AHEAD

There are a great many uncertainties that lie ahead regarding this upcoming political season, with some enthusiastically claiming that the Republicans will retake the House and Senate, while others say not so fast, that some gains may be made but not nearly enough to allow the derailing of the Barry "Almighty" juggernaut. And when contemplating the various possible outcome(s) that may result from this next election, as they say, curiosity killed the cat, but, they also say that satisfaction brought him back. Well, what I'm very curious about is just how much farther it will be down our present road to Socialism, that the American people are prepared to allow themselves to be lead. And I guess I won't get any degree of satisfaction in the form of an answer to that question until after the November election, if I even get any then. Because taking into account the average intelligence of the average American, I have a tendency to think the distance remaining to be travelled will most likely be much longer rather than being any shorter. The very obvious reason for this being the more likely outcome is not only because of the determination of those pushing the Barry agenda forward and the continuing efforts to base their rosy prospects on the telling of ever more increasingly outrageous lies. But also because of what appears to be the rather lackluster performance by those who wish to thwart this very dangerous agenda. What is yet to be determined, however, is, as we draw closer to that obvious destination that Barry has identified for us, will enough people come to realize that they are in fact being lied to and have been now for quite some time. There's another saying that says something like even a crazy person will run out of a burning “building.” I think as we get closer to where it is that Barry wishes to drag us, that little saying will be put to a rather severe test. Because right now there is an ongoing process being advanced to further reduce our “building” to what amounts to a pile of very dry kindling. Efforts are being made to replace, or to destroy, the current supporting framework in such a way as to severely alter the structural integrity by creating the notion of some false hope in the capabilities of our government. And with our president now having thoroughly doused every square foot with his own special brand of accelerant, he is now poised, torch in hand, to ignite the entire “building” that we fondly refer to as America, causing it to go up in flames. So I'm curious, just how many will run for the exits of our burning “building” if provided with the opportunity this November, and how many more will choose to remain inside enjoying the warmth until they are finally consumed by the flames?
These days I'm finding it harder and harder to believe anyone who calls him or herself a Democrat, a Liberal or a Progressive, because anything and everything I hear come out of their mouths is so far removed from reality and the truth that it's simply laughable. And yet, they keep on saying the same things over and over as if repeating blatant falsehoods often enough, and loud enough, it will somehow make what they saying actually true. A recent example of this came this past Sunday as I was watching Chris Wallace's show on FOX News where one of his panelists was Juan Williams. Now at first glance you'd probably think that ol’ Juan is a pretty smart cookie. Well that brings up something else that I'm curious about. I mean here is an African-American male, whose community has essentially been ransacked and decimated by the Democrat Party, and still he remains loyal to it and to its leaders. I find myself being somewhat curious about why it is that he so ardently adheres to the Democrat's talking points to the extent which, as far as I'm concerned, I have finally gotten to the point to where now anything he has to say is completely irrelevant. He faithfully spews the party line droning on and on insisting that the financial collapse of 2008 was brought about by those evil and greedy bankers, with the assistance of those mean old Republicans. While anybody with an ounce of intelligence or commonsense knows that what brought it all about was the government forcing its way into our banking system through the …. "Community Reinvestment Act." This little financial nightmare was completely dreamed up by, enacted by and made worse by crooks in his own political party by guys with names like Carter and Clinton and pushed along to the extreme by guys with names like Dodd and Frank. Hey Juan, it's time to wake up and smell the coffee and snap out of whatever little stupor you're in. And then to top everything, when George Bush and the Republicans did attempt to fix it, all they got for their efforts was to be excoriated by the Democrats, the state run media and Williams himself. The longer he insists on perpetuating this drivel, the more damage he continues doing to himself when it comes to anybody outside of his liberal clique caring the least bit about what it is that he has to say. Personally, as far as I'm concerned, he has zero credibility, which I'm pretty sure doesn't bother Mr. Williams a flip. But at least, he is always good for a laugh. Maybe he's afraid of being booted off of the liberal plantation, I don't know. The sad truth is that the powers that be in the Democrat Party need guys like Williams and he seems to be more than willing, even comfortable, to be used as the necessary flunky. You know the type, the "guys" who are only to happy to lie to their own people as a way of making sure they get the proper invites to all of the "in" liberal social gatherings. They go out and spread the required…propaganda to those in their community and are then slapped on the back for doing such a good job at screwing over their own people. It's pretty sick if you ask me. But I guess nobody did.
Guys like Williams are banking on that vast, and somewhat deep, abyss of public ignorance that exists and that they feel allows them to continue to lie with impunity, all the while being under the impression that their pathetic lies will be believed as long as they delivered with the required amount of sincerity. Actually, with today's Democrats, truth never even enters into the equation, it just doesn't fit in with what they're trying to do here. If they told the truth about what it is they wanted to do no one would vote for them. And besides, it's always easier to lie, because telling the truth requires another little trait that Williams and his ilk are in very short supply of. Honesty. But then, I'm never really sure who I should be angry at. I mean after all, if the people would expend just a little effort on getting and keeping informed about what it is that's going on around them, the lies coming from Democrats, and guys like Williams, would no longer work. But see, that requires work as well, and darn it, it's just so much easier to sit back and be lied to because that way when the excrement hits the fan there's always someone else to blame. It's all the fault of those lying, sleazy politicians. While there may be some truth to that, you gotta remember, "Who's the more foolish: The fool, or the fool who follows him?" It's all just a very sad state of affairs, and the result of which is nothing more than a vicious circle of lies. People need to come to realize that they cannot trust anyone with a Liberal/Progressive slant, because the whole philosophy of these people is based on nothing other than the presenting of a false premise created by the spreading of even more grandiose lies. And I guess what really gets me is how guys like Williams who consider themselves as being "journalists" and are really no better than the Al Sharpton or Jessie Jackson race hucksters of the World. These guys serve the same function as your every day, neighborhood pimp. Only in this case the gratification that they are peddling comes in a slightly different form but with an end result that is the same. Somebody always ends up getting screwed.

"DINGY" HARRY SINGS, "WHEN WE GET BEHIND CLOSED DOORS"

It would seem that "Dingy" Harry is now about to begin working on "Cap and Trade" and is once more in the process of picking up pretty much right where he left off with healthcare "reform"……hidden securely behind closed doors. That shady place where Democrats can go to conduct their business of creating whatever slimy backroom deals or costly bribes that are deemed necessary, even appropriate, in an effort to convince a sufficient number of their members to get onboard so that they can be successful in forcing yet another piece of economy destroying legislation down the throats of the American people. This fiasco is nothing but one more piece of legislation that will expand the power of an already increasingly authoritative and dictatorial government, while at the same time intentionally produces even more dire economic consequences for us to try to endure. I keep asking myself, didn't Barry make the claim that his administration would be ushering in a new era of openness, one that he promised would produce the most transparent government in history? I swear I heard him say that. And yet I can’t help but wonder, just how much of what is now going on in our government fits in with how the public, or least those who possess any amount of intelligence, defines transparent. Because from where I'm sitting it would appear like what's being conducted here by our band of stellar elected officials much more closely resembles the definition of being opaque, but I dunno, I could be wrong I guess. And I am more than just a little bewildered by the fact that there are so many people who just don’t seem to be all that concerned about all this ongoing secrecy, with them thinking it's just the normal way for government to go about the conducting of the "peoples" business. For some reason it seems more acceptable coming from the Democrats with it always being the Republicans who are constantly being accused of operating in some darkly sinister and secretive manner. Of course most of those who see no problem with this method of governance coming from Democrats are the very same ones standing in line for their next entitlement check. And I'm sure that they will remain perfectly content with this rather clandestine form of government as long as the checks keep coming in uninterrupted. And of course, we can always depend on our “always reliable” state run news media, that “ever vigilant” watchdog of Democracy, to keep our government in check and on the straight and narrow. I know, I know, that's only whenever the Republicans are in charge, because all is fair in politics and the winning of elections as long it's the Democrats who are running the show.
I keep wondering how much more of this rabid abuse of power that is being conducted by our pathetically hypocritical and blatantly unethical president and Congressional leaders are the American people going to be willing to tolerate. I know I have asked this question before and on more than one occasion. I suppose the growing number of Tea Party members provides us with at least some indication of the growing frustration and dissatisfaction with our current batch of corrupt political leaders. At the same time I can't help but wonder why it is that there are not even more people expressing at least some degree of outrage at the covert methods being implemented to expand our government while at the same time reducing our individual liberty and freedom. I mean, are there that many people who are so willing to allow their country to be flushed for no other reason than to make it possible for them to continue to be on the receiving end of some income redistribution scheme enacted by the Democrats? If they would only open their eyes they would see that the Democrats have never been the ones who are the least bit concerned with the elevating of anyone's lifestyle. What they're all about is the reducing of lifestyles, while increasing dependency on the government . They do not go about the creating of legislation that makes available an increased number of opportunities for individuals to achieve any degree of personal success. It's just not what they do, it's not what their philosophy is all about nor is it in their DNA. They are much more intent upon the creating of various forms of restrictions that act as nothing more than speed bumps, or out and out road blocks, preventing the private sector from doing what it does best, which is to grow the economy. So it would seem to me, that if you are interested in achieving any degree of success in your life, and in becoming more prosperous, you would avoid Democrats and their policies like the proverbial plague. And being jealous because you don't possess that which someone else does is both a waste of time and energy, and it should instead be used as a method of motivating oneself to work a little harder to get yourself up to the level where you too are able to enjoy life at a higher level. Tearing down is always easier than building up, which is why the Democrats always focus their efforts on doing just that and to whatever level that they are able to. Class warfare has always been one of the main tools in the "Liberal" or "Progressive" tool box, and they use it to spread as much hate and discontent as possible, and many people are simply too stupid to see it for what it is.
If the Democrats truly cared about the plight of those whom they claim to care so much about, those who linger at the lower rungs of our economic ladder, there are so many positive things that they could do that would genuinely help. The thing is, and the sad truth of the matter as well, that many of those who find themselves residing at the bottom are there because they've been put there by the specific actions taken by the Democrat Party, and have been told that they need to be content with remaining there. As long as the priority of those in government is not the betterment of life for every single American citizen, instead of a select and corrupt few, we can hardly expect to prosper as a nation. Because as long as we continue to punish the "evil" rich, we will continue to punish those who are actually responsible for job the creation that results in the strengthening and expanding of our economy. And so, therefore by proxy, we are essentially punishing those at the lower end of our economy who are out there looking for jobs and are instead being provided with nowhere to go but into the waiting arms of the government. By reducing regulations and the amount of money job creators are forced to pay in the form of taxes, the government would create an environment much more conducive for the allowing of these folks to expand their businesses. And with the expansion of businesses comes the seeking of additional employees who then become able to pay taxes. Now granted as the economy grows, the so-called rich might get a little richer, but how many more good paying jobs are created in the process. It's a win win scenario that has "everybody" making more money and the economy expanding, not the government. But you see with Democrats, it's never about improving anyone's lives, not really. It's about the gaining, and the maintaining of control, tightfisted, heavy handed government control, over as many of those who comprise the unwashed masses as possible. And their behavior is as despicable as it is dishonest. And yet, in the big scheme of things, not that many people seem to be all that upset about the course that we seem to be embarked upon at the present time. Everyone seems to be going about their daily business as if they don't have a care in the World, and it's really quite striking. What's really sad is that more people can tell you who got kicked off of "American Idol" or "Dancing with the Stars" than can tell you about what their government is so very busy doing, or about to do, to them.
The level of secrecy that is now running rampant in our already out-of-control government and the depths into which it now extends, at least in my memory, is unparalleled. There may be more "seasoned" individuals out there who can better remember a time where secrecy was of the same magnitude as that being presently displayed. I can only assume that back when FDR, with his Supreme Court packing plan and what not, was setting about to do his best to inflict his damage upon the country that it might have been at the same level. But back then, with no Internet, Talk Radio or today’s 24 hour news cycle, so I suppose it would have been much easier, as well, to keep certain information away from the public. However, today because of such modern day technology, to maintain the degree of secrecy at the level that is now being conducted requires, and can only be accomplished through, an army of accomplices imbedded throughout government and within our state controlled media. People who are determined to keep the public as much in the dark as possible about what it is that those in power wish to carry out against “We the people.” And because a substantial number of Americans remain either deaf, dumb or blind, those who make up the gatekeepers who are in charge of controlling the flow of information to be made available to the public, have, to a certain degree, been quite successful. Because there must be a trusted and free flow of information maintained so that the people are made and kept aware of what those in power are trying to perpetrate against them we are now forced to rely on those who make up the alternative media. Liberal politicians and their allies in the state run, mainstream media, sadly, can no longer be trusted. The truth has become something that is entirely foreign to them because it does not suit their needs. With Barry "Almighty" and our Congressional leadership truth has become a commodity that is now in very short supply. And our blatantly corrupt and biased media machine essentially serves as nothing more than an echo chamber, amplifying the obvious lies, portraying them as being the truth all in the hopes of drowning out the facts that expose the reality of what the Democrats are so busy trying to accomplish.

With all of the important issues currently in need of serious discussion, can someone, anyone, please explain to me why it is that I have to be continually bombarded with the continuing nonsense regarding this woman who sent some kid back to Russia or about some bimbo author who has written a book about what a liar Oprah is. Let's just cut to the chase, shall we? If we're being honest here, which is always the best policy, it sounds like this kid is the reincarnation of "Damien" and anybody who does not already know by now what a fraud Oprah is, has been living under a rock ever since she fist burst onto the scene. Honestly, I could not care less about either of these Earth shattering events if I tried, because neither of them impact my life one iota. Even Fox News has jumped on the "stupid" bandwagon, becoming guilty of perpetuating this idiotic drivel. Is this really their idea of serious journalism? And if I ever do find myself in need of this type of useless information, I'll pick up a copy of the National Inquirer the next time I'm standing in line waiting to pay way too much for my groceries! Neville Chamberlain, Jimmy Carter...Barry "Almighty"

Possessing and maintaining a military force that is second to none is always the best plan, unless of course, you’re our "Supreme Leader", Barry “Almighty.” It would seem that now because of this one man, America is now about to embark on a journey, one that directs us away from being the defender of freedom and more toward a position of mediocrity and weakness. It is a journey the purpose of which, as well as the stated destination of, would put this country's future very much in doubt. More than likely, once the destination has been reached, America's ability to play a continuing and very vital role in the maintaining of at least the semblance of a stable world will be, if not completely eliminated, at the very least, severely reduced. Anyone with even a rudimentary understating of the complexities involved should realize that the World "needs" a strong America, committed to human freedom as well as to basic human rights. And an America that is not only strong militarily, but economically and fiscally strong as well. It is crucial to the very survival of the World as we know it and is required in order to provide a much needed counterbalance against other major players, such countries as a resurging Russia and growing China. The influence of a stable, and dare I say superior, America serves a very vital and useful purpose in its being able to deal with other members of the nuclear family. We must remain in the position where we can, hopefully, provide positive influence over those country's already in possession of such weapons such as Pakistan and India, and to, if we choose to, exert sufficient pressure on those countries hoping to acquire such weapons like North Korea and Iran in an effort to convince them to discard plans for pursuing that which they have no need of. With encouragement coming from many within his own party, the same party that advocates pacifism, appeasement and American weakness, this man who was most recently elected to the highest office in the land, doesn’t quite see it that way. Designing and implementing a rather simplistic, even naïve policy toward the use of nuclear weapons, Barry has set about making a rather foolish promise that even if this country is attacked by someone using chemical or biological weapons, the United States will not respond with nuclear weapons. Barry’s attempt to weaken our defenses appears to be intentional and quite deliberate, with it resulting in making us more vulnerable with each passing day from any number of nutjobs present in the World today. Nutjobs who, while being unable to acquire nukes, may be willing to take what they see as being a free shot using any number of other means, with weapons that are more accessible to them, especially if they see there is little fear of retaliation on our part. There are those out there who may find it much easier to get their hands on, or to even concoct them themselves, chemical or biological weapons which they would be willing to carry out just such an attack. It just seems more than a little unnerving that our "Supreme Leader" should spend so much time and energy chastising Israel instead of those who would wish to wipeout the only Democracy in that part of the World or to carry out a devastating attack against America. Am I missing something here? I recently saw some pompous gas bag one morning on Fox and Friends talking about Barry's recent decision on reducing nukes. I wish I could remember his name, because this guy really thought he was somebody and, like most Liberals, thought he really needed to be listened to. Yet all this blithering idiot, who I might add had seriously overinflated sense of importance, wanted to do was to silence the other guy who was brought on the show to make the point about just how dangerous the decision was. Of course Mr. Gasbag employed the typical Democrat tactic, start off with a rant and don't stop for any reason, constantly interrupt whoever it is that's presenting the argument from the other side and then continue with the rant, only louder. It matters very little if they're right or even telling the truth, because as we all know, or should by now, there is no one on the left who is capable of telling the truth.
All of which goes to show just how far Barry "Almighty" is willing to go in his rather reckless approach to any issue even remotely pertaining to national security. And Barry continues to be on the receiving end of plenty of moral support from his fellow Liberal/Progressive allies in and out of government. There is plenty of hypocrisy to spread around among the more "progressive" members of the Democrat Party and its deep-pocketed supporters. It is a Party is literally full of characters who are far too willing to play a supporting or contributing role in the continuing efforts to weaken America in every conceivable way. A political party that so very loudly and proudly advocates a vast array of policies specifically designed to weaken our country should serve as warning to all, that come November it should be very apparent which political party it is that wants to defend our country and which one wants to ensure that we remain vulnerable to any attack that may come our way. And I am very sure that as ol' Teddy looks up from the bowels of Hell, what he sees being done makes it all just a bit easier to stand the heat of his current residence. I know we all can remember Teddy's traitorous behavior during the Vietnam War. His penchant for all things Communist was always very well known and there remains more than a few of his contemporaries in the Democrat Party who strictly adhere to his legacy by following his pathetic example to the letter. The anti war crowd presently in control of our government are the very same ones that were, not all that long ago, chanting the nonsensical theme, "Better Red Than Dead.” I guess I just don't understand how it is that any of these politicians who have sworn to defend this country can take positions that are so very much to the contrary. It just seems like it all borders dangerously close to being considered as treason. Now despite Democrats getting their hackles up every time that term is applied to them, it doesn't make the claim any less fitting or even accurate. Every freedom loving person knows beyond the shadow of a doubt that the United States has been, and to a point still remains, the only thing that stands between the few truly free people remaining in this World and those who would like nothing more than to diminish their numbers. And yet, so many of our very own political leaders have managed to come to the conclusion that it is a weaker America, one possessing of less stature on the world stage, that best serves everyone's interests. So I guess it should come as no big surprise to anyone that such a great deal of effort is continuing to be expended by leftists, or progressives or whatever, abroad as well as at home to undermine this country at every opportunity. Starting with our illustrious president, the man who should be the most ardent defender of America and the loudest voice out there defending not only freedom, but also our country's attempts at defending and preserving it. He sees it as his mission to preside over the demise of America, by being one of the more vocal, if not the "most" vocal, critics of America today and working ever so diligently to weaken, discredit, or worse, to even destroy it as it has existed for over 220+ years. What explains such anti-American actions? What most of us realize is that America must retain its position in the World at all costs. But our president, as well as a majority of Democrats, seems to miss the whole point of this entirely because according to Barry and the Democrat Party if the security of the country and of its citizens must be sacrificed for the greater good, so be it. You would think that even the most enthusiastic of those who support the liberal or "progressive" train of thought, because of what it "redistributes" to them, would realize that we're no more than one terrorist attack away from their little gravy train coming entirely off the tracks. So what are they to do? Well, they could continue to support a regime that while it may claim to care about them, currently cares so little about the safety of their country as to put every thing at risk. Actually, you would think that commonsense, or at the very least a sense of self-preservation, would dictate that even these people would drop the Democrats like a hot rock, reduce their dependency on government, say good bye to the gravy train, elect conservatives and therefore be able to possibly take some credit for saving their country for however many offspring they have brought forth. It's all a question of priorities.
Barry and his "Little Shop of Horrors" of an administration seem to be hell-bent on not only the weakening of our position in the World but also of our ability to defend ourselves against those who wish to do us harm. To the point where I think it perfectly acceptable to ask the question, "Which side, exactly, is it that he, and the rest of his team, are on?" One special little member of the Barry cheering squad is our current Secretary of Defense. A man who comes to us in the person of Robert Gates who, it would seem, is very willing to go along with this idiotic, cockamamie plan of Barry's to reduce our nukes and promise not to use them to attack those who may attack us. Gates is someone who would seem to have the same character flaws as that previous, and well known staunch defender of America, Secretary of Defense Les Aspin. What is about Democrat presidents and their need to have guys who have been effectively neutered as Secretaries of Defense. Besides being impotent, this guy is nothing but a pathetic yes man that Bush was forced to bring in to replace Rumsfeld. He is a dweeb of the highest order, just another know nothing bureaucrat that has been placed in a position he has no business being in. I remember how all the pundits on our side made such a big deal about Barry holding him over, seeing it as being a very good indicator that Barry was truly going to be serious about continuing the "War on Terror." Whoops, now we have an “Overseas Contingency Operation,” so much for that theory. And now we aren't even allowed to call these rag-headed thugs exactly what they are, murdering radical Muslim zealots who all have one thing in common, all seem to have the same extreme and very radical religion as their origin. What the Hell has come over these morons that makes them think that not calling these terrorists exactly what they are is such a great idea in the first place? I mean when you watch guys like this on television it's like they're in some sort of trance or something. They ramble and babble incoherently every time they open their mouth and possess such a nonsensical approach to the safety and security of the country it's impossible to figure how they got to be where they are. So now we have the two departments, that are the most critical and necessary for the safeguarding of the country, National Defense and Intelligence in the form of the CIA, headed by two people who are wholly inadequate. These two show the reckless disregard the current administration has for keeping the American people safe, with it being quite amazing that the attacks we suffered under Barry, or nearly suffered have not been on a grander scale. The attack at Fort Hood was a terrorist action, as was the attempted blowing up of an aircraft bound for Detroit. And when you then add Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State into the mix, you have a recipe for disaster with it becoming all the more amazing that we have yet to suffer another attack on the scale of 9/11. The lack of seriousness on our side to defend ourselves should be patently obvious to anyone who might like to give it the least bit of serious scrutiny. Our country is being destroyed before our very eyes, and every where you see Democrats, they're all smiling. What is it about the creating of policies that go about the weakening of America, that seems to cause these people so much joy? And why aren't alarm bells going off in the heads of every single American? There is a very simply equation that is being put into action and is out there for all to see and it goes something like this, "A weakened America + A more vulnerable America = Very Happy Democrats." This November may be our last opportunity to alter that formula as best we can and thus create as many very unhappy Democrats as possible. We can only hope!

OH, HOW I LONG FOR THE OLD DAYS...

I've been thinking lately, when was it exactly that so many in this country seemed to lose their sense of pride in being called an "American." Now, don’t get me wrong there are still a great many people in this country who are, and will always be, proud Americans. Witness the Tea Party folks. But what is it about those who do not, exactly, that has caused, and continues to cause, them to alter their thinking away from the idea that to be called "American" is the highest form of flattery that one could be given? When did it become, for so many, to be less of a term of flattery and become instead something that more closely resembles an insult, slur, epithet or something used as a way of slandering someone personally? And how did this shift come about in the first place? Was there some seminal event that began the whole process rolling, or was it something more spontaneous that we began of our own volition and that has continued to grow, spreading like some malignant cancer. So many that I see, practically everyday, simply to have no sense whatsoever of patriotism or love of their country, none, with so many only having the very harshest of things to say about their own it. Why is that? And speaking of those Tea Party folks, there is now a move afoot to attempt to discredit those who participate. There has even been website set up, http://crashtheteaparty.org. Obviously set up by individuals who hate their country as well the people who don’t. Why? Personally, I am extremely proud of my country, and proud of having spent 24 years of my life in the service of its military. And I am very proud to call myself an American and consider myself fortunate to be in the position to do. I am also proud of the fact that I know that were it not for my country, or worse, had there never been an America in the first place, the World would be much worse off than how we find it today. But somehow, because of example set by the people presently in charge, as well as their predecessors, be they Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, State-ists or whatever they choose to be called or we choose to call them, we have, it would seem, as a country lost our way. Far too many of our citizens have allowed themselves to be convinced that the whole idea of America being a great and wondrous and giving nation, and the notion of American exceptionalism, is all just a fantasy on the part of those of us who see it that way. They simply cannot fathom the whole concept because it makes no sense to them. But when did it all start to fall apart for them? Is it the fact that starting on day one in our government schools, "teachers", who have now morphed into what are essentially nothing more than indoctrinators, drum into the very malleable brains of our youth, that government is now to be considered as being the end all and be all. And that in order to live any kind of a "productive" or "acceptable" life that we should all now strive to be part of the “American” collective, possessing a screwy "it takes a village" mentality.
Being called “American” used to be short for saying someone possessed an uncommon amount of ingenuity, creativity, bravery, patriotism and so many more positive character traits. However, according to Barry and his corrupt band of “Progressive” Democrats, to be American today essentially means nothing if not the complete opposite of those very positive virtues. Instead of being a positive, according to Barry, being an American today is very much of a negative, with it now becoming synonymous with being greedy, selfish, imperialist, being a bully, arrogant or even, as Democrats have called our troops, murderers. Now if it were just him and his corrupt political party that felt this way, I'd just chalk it all up to the simple reason that these people are nothing more than very devout practitioners of a rather sick and twisted political philosophy. A philosophy and a mentality based on nothing more than a very deep-seated hatred of America. Unfortunately, the political hacks of today that feel this way are only the most recent example of Democrat hatred of America. Because over time this political party has managed to convince quite a few Americans to come along with them. Now, do those who decide to do so, do so because they actually are in agreement with this sentiment or, are they the product of the rather questionable priorities they are exposed to while attending our educational system. Is it just a natural occurring event, or a direct result from being brainwashed by the those in charge of our government owned and operated public school system? The government has identified the primary objective of the public school system as being to convert those who are mandated to attend, to the “progressive” way of thinking by hook or by crook. Students make up a captive audience because of mandatory attendance, with the goals being to create a state of mind that allows the increasing of the ease with which they can succeed in leading future American adults astray. Because the reprogramming that is begun in our Public Schools is then taken a higher level upon entering any of out institution of “higher” learning. As well, a substantial amount of those who follow the example of our leaders in the tearing down of America, come from minority groups. These people are easy targets because the vast majority of them possess absolutely no sense of patriotism whatsoever. They only seem to posses a sense of what they can get for the least amount of energy being expended. These people have no core principles and no sense of pride in being American, hence they consider themselves as being hyphenated Americans and insist upon being identified as such. When it comes to the majority of all other Americans, however, I think there remains, although in some cases it may not always be terribly deep, a sense of pride in being American. Hence, I bring up the Tea Party again. Whenever you see images of Tea Party gatherings it is more often that not a sea of white faces. Where are the minorities? You can’t tell that they are not welcome. So the only other explanation possible is that they are not interested in returning America to the people or even in attempting to at least down our slide to the left because it is the direction in which they wish to go. I would prefer to think that were it not for the exposure to the influences coming at people from those who seen as authoritative figures both in the classroom and out, and if left to the own devices, there would remain an overwhelming amount of giddiness regarding all things American. I remember as a youth starting out each day in school very proudly completing the morning ritual of saying the Pledge of Allegiance, and in the really early days of even reciting the Lord's Prayer which later become the "moment of silence." How things have changed, and not nearly for the better. Sadly, for the most part, we've come way too far to ever get back to those days. With the aid of men like our current president, our government has become something that more closely resembles one that you might experience in your everyday, run of the mill, banana republic.
These days I find myself praying nearly everyday for the survival of my country. I pray that we can turn back at least some of these borderline criminal successes advancing Barry’s "Hope and Change" which are specifically intended to do nothing but destroy America. Actions that are taken and positions are held for no other reason than for the self-aggrandizement of the perpetrators intent on our country's destruction. These self-serving hypocrites care so little about the country and so much more about their overinflated sense of importance. They are driven by their egos and nothing more. They are corrupt to their very core and possess no redeeming qualities whatsoever. They are severely flawed individuals in every sense of the word, and yet are able to find their way into positions of power through the utilizing of their typical tactics of deception, deviousness, divisiveness and dishonesty. They are guilty of using rather questionable methods, which allow them to worm into positions where they can then work to affect the outcome in such a way as to be beneficial only to them and not the country as a whole. They seek out methods that can be used to impact, to the greatest extent possible, or to take full control of, opportunities that will allow them to manipulate scenarios that are seen as being useful in advancing their agenda. All methods of political chicanery are to be used as necessary so that specific outcomes are attained. They are ethically and morally challenged individuals who possess none of the qualities one normally thinks of when describing a man, or woman, of character. Character today means nothing to these people, it's a relic of the past, it's something to be shunned like the plague for more important things such as the accomplishing of ones goals by whatever means are necessary. The lack of trust and civility in America today is something that can be traced directly back to those who we are supposed to be able to trust. Our leaders are the ones who are supposed to have our backs, but instead what we are experiencing today is nothing more than the natural by product of where it is that men like our president have now brought us. No other outcome could have been possible, nor I might add, should have been expected. More often than not those who we count on to watch our backs only end up putting a rather long and very sharp knife into it. I feel very sad for the children of today, because they will never know the America of my youth. Or, maybe I'm just remembering things as they only appeared to be, but it does seem that things were so very different then. Maybe I was simply a victim of the blissful ignorance of youth, but it did seem much better then.

WE'RE IN A BATTLE FOR THE VERY SOUL OF OUR NATION

Never in my nearly 58 years of being on this Earth have I been more fearful for my country, nor felt so helpless about being able to do anything to help save it. As well, I must admit, never have I been more fearful of my government and of those in charge of its running. Simply put, these people are completely and utterly out of control and how they can continue to so blatantly disregard the voice of the people clearly reveals the egomaniacal state of mind that they very clearly possess. All of which should provide to any of those imbeciles out there who continue to support the whole failed notion, or concept, of Liberalism with more than enough proof that it is nothing other than a pathetic con job, perpetrated on an ill informed populace. But, for that crowd of very select morons who choose to remain enthusiastic supporters of it, I have three little words for you, "Just look around", is what's happening in this country today resemble in the slightest the "Hope and Change" talked about just two short years ago? It should be obvious that our country is going down in flames. And it should be just as obvious on where to correctly place the blame. The fault can be laid directly at the feet of those who are the very ardent practitioners of the Liberalism now running rampant in Washington. The evidence that proves my point that it is nothing more than a failed theory and a Democrat inspired, never-ending hoax, full of very empty promises as well as being a boondoggle, is abundant. History clearly shows that no matter who it is that has tried to institute the ideals and policies of Liberalism, or for that matter where, that it has failed miserably, with its sole accomplishment being nothing more than an increase in the number of people living in abject poverty. For those living in this country, you really need do nothing more than to be willing to just open your eyes and see. It's always been there, albeit on a smaller scale maybe here at home. All anyone has had to do was to look at such experiments as California, New York, New Jersey, Michigan or any place where there is a liberal ruling class firmly in control of government and of the political process. The results have always been catastrophic, because there is no other result possible, and yet so many people still remain enthusiastic supporters. And I just do not get it. I know it is drummed into people from day one of kindergarten, but wouldn't you think that at some point the sense of self-preservation would eventually kick in? At least once one reaches adulthood. My God, are there that many people who just love to continue to hand over to an obviously corrupt government a substantial amount of their earnings year after year? Our country has now been firmly placed on the road to ruin, and yet we continue to see the smiling, happy faces of Democrats everywhere you look. Even “Dingy” Harry says, as he smiles from ear to ear, that since the healthcare "reform" legislation was passed people are being just so darn nice to him. Really? Look I’m not sure what kind of fantasy world these clowns are living in, but what they are very sorely in need of is a good old fashioned dose of reality, which I am very much hoping for in November. But right now, November seems so very far off. And if I have to listen to anybody tell me one more time about how elections have consequences I am, quite literally going to scream. I mean no sh*t, really? Sometimes I wonder if those who are supposed to be on our side are just providing lip service to the cause.
Barry Hussein Dipstick, with the aid of some pathetically corrupt and intellectually bankrupt cronies in the person of "Dingy" Harry and "Botox" Nancy, has put this country in a very perilous as well as precarious position on so many levels. And it would seem that unless they are somehow stopped, or at the very least slowed, they are not yet finished and remain fully intent upon completing their mission to destroy our country. I cannot help but wonder what it is going to take to wake people up, and in sufficient numbers, and join the ranks of those now doing their best to save our country. This can't be even what many of those who voted for this out and out Marxist really expected or even wanted. Can it? And to say that I am merely angry at what's going on would be a bit of an understatement, because my anger is compounded by a very high degree of frustration and a very deep sense of helplessness. And it doesn't help when we have limp-wristed "conservatives", like Tom Coburn, Senator Tom Coburn, coming out and saying oh what a nice person Nancy Pelosi is, and that we should not just be listening to FOX News as our only source for our information. Listen Tom, we're in war here for the very soul of our country. Nancy isn't a nice person, she's a b*tch, and Harry is a son of a b*tch and they, together with Barry, can all go straight to Hell and join their fat slob of a friend Teddy in roasting marshmallows. Ya know, I usually listen to Bill Bennett in the morning and on this particular morning there was a caller who wanted to make the point that what we are in, is in fact a war to save our country. That the Democrats are treating it as such and the Republicans are not. He said that Pelosi is not a nice person and should not be considered as such, because she is trying to destroy our country. And pretty much all Bill could say is that we have to be nice, that we are not really in a war, we're in "war" against terrorism. He went on to say that it should all be about intelligence, candor and goodwill. Well, my response to Bill is quite simple really, bullsh*t! What it should be all about is the saving of the country and trying to keep it from going completely down the tubes at the hands of Barry, Nancy and Harry. And it is way past time to start fighting fire with a massive fire hose. The growing flames of socialism must be thoroughly extinguished and by whatever means necessary, and soon. We have to attack what is being done to our country, forcefully and without let up until we are finally able to break out of the clouds of Barry inspired Socialism and back into the very bright sunlight of freedom! If our freedom and the future of our children is not worth fighting for, what the Hell is? These people must be stopped, it is absolutely imperative. Failure is not an option. For if we fail in our efforts today, we doom all those who come after us to live in nothing but darkness.
